Warranty Coverage
FlexSeries device: Covered as long as you’re an active Close Shave Plan member who has received a replenishment box within 90 days of submitting a claim.
Blades: Covered for 2 months against manufacturing defects (not regular wear and tear or accidental damage).
Limit: Up to 2 warranty claims per year.
Attachments & Accessories - Not covered under the warranty.
Troubleshooting Before Filing a Claim
New Device Won’t Turn On
- Charge your FlexSeries for at least 1 hour before first use.
- The light will turn green when fully charged.
Stopped Working Mid-Use
- Remove the 5-blade attachment and run the device without it. If it powers on, the blade may be the issue.
- If your shaver does not charge, turn on, or work with any attachment, the device itself may be faulty.
