We want you to love your Freebird products, so we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. There are a few specific requirements depending on the product:

FlexSeries Kits & Shaving Kit Bundles
✔️ Return within 30 days of receiving your order
✔️ Must include all original components in the original packaging
✔️ Can be used—we want you to try it out and make sure you love it!

FlexSeries Blade Refills
✔️ Return within 30 days of receiving your order
✔️ The blade must be new and unopened

Shave Essentials & Skincare Products
✔️ Return within 30 days of receiving your order
✔️ Must be at least 3/4 full

Accessories
✔️ Return within 30 days of receiving your order

We do not accept returns beyond 30 days, so be sure to reach out within that window if needed!
