Warranty Coverage

FlexSeries Device

Standard Warranty: 3 years from purchase.

Lifetime Warranty: Available for Close Shave Plan members who have received a replenishment box within 90 days of submitting a claim (limited to 2 claims per 12-month period).


FlexSeries Blades

Covered under a 2-month warranty for manufacturing defects.

Normal wear-and-tear or accidental damage is not covered.


Attachments & Accessories

Not covered under the warranty.


Troubleshooting Before Filing a Claim

New Device Won’t Turn On

  • Charge your FlexSeries for at least 1 hour before first use.
  • The light will turn green when fully charged.


Stopped Working Mid-Use

  • Remove the 5-blade attachment and run the device without it. If it powers on, the blade may be the issue.
  • If your shaver does not charge, turn on, or work with any attachment, the device itself may be faulty.


How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Identify whether the issue is with your device or blade.

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos or video if possible

Our team will confirm your details and ship a replacement if eligible.


What’s Not Covered

  • Normal blade wear
  • Accidental damage (drops, water beyond rated resistance, misuse)
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
