The FlexSeries comes with a standard 1-year warranty, but if you're an active Close Shave Plan member, you’re eligible for our Lifetime Warranty—because we’ve got your back!

Here’s how it works:
✔️ Standard 1-Year Warranty – Covers the FlexSeries device.
✔️ Lifetime Warranty – Available for active Close Shave Plan members who have received a replenishment box within 90 days of submitting a warranty claim. (Limited to two claims per 12-month period.)

What’s covered?
🔹 The FlexSeries device (not blades or attachments).
🔹 FlexSeries Blades have a separate two-month warranty covering manufacturing defects but not wear and tear or accidental damage.
